Mechanical Equipment Automatic Control System

Advanced air conditioning control solution for maintaining optimal indoor environments and energy savings

Completing a pleasant building environment
Smart HVAC Control System

The mechanical equipment automatic control system is a core solution that organically integrates and controls various mechanical equipment in a building, such as heating and cooling devices, air conditioners, ventilation fans, and sanitation facilities. Through sensors, it monitors indoor and outdoor temperature, humidity, and CO2 concentration in real time, and operates the equipment in optimal conditions according to the set schedule and environmental conditions.

Based on our own technology and years of field know-how, SY SYSTEM builds an intelligent mechanical equipment control infrastructure that provides maximum comfort to occupants while minimizing unnecessary energy waste.

Main Production Items

3-1 Mechanical Automatic Control

The air conditioning/sanitation control system performs operational status monitoring, remote control, optimal control, operation log creation, and maintenance analysis of air conditioning, sanitation, and other facilities. It controls them as a single organism rather than independently, promoting the comfort and safety of office/educational environments and economically maintaining building functions. Through the introduction of automated systems, energy and labor cost savings are also expected.

Main Control Targets and Functions

Air Handling Unit (AHU) Control

Based on indoor temperature and humidity, it proportionally controls hot and cold water valves, dampers, and inverter fans to maintain optimal air conditioning conditions.

Cooling/Heating Source Equipment Control

Through efficient number control and rotation operation of chillers, cooling towers, and hot/cold water dispensers, it extends equipment life and saves energy.

Boiler and Heating Control

Through schedule operation based on outdoor temperature and heat exchanger valve control, it precisely manages the heating load during winter.

Ventilation (Exhaust) System Control

It improves indoor air quality through control linked to indoor carbon dioxide (CO2) concentration and ventilation fan operation linked to parking lot carbon monoxide (CO).

Water Supply/Drainage and Sanitation Facility Monitoring

It supports stable water supply through water level monitoring of reservoirs/elevated water tanks and pressure control of water supply pumps.

Energy Monitoring

It measures the energy usage of overall mechanical equipment and stores trend data to analyze waste factors and promote operational optimization.
