Integrated SI / FMS / BEMS
Next-generation integrated asset and energy management platform that realizes hyper-connected smart buildings
Connecting all data into one
Building Integrated Management Solution
Modern buildings have numerous systems such as mechanical, power, lighting, disaster prevention, and security complexly intertwined. System Integration (SI) maximizes the efficiency of building management by tying each of these independently operated subsystems into a single platform and interlocking them with each other.
Furthermore, through FMS (Facility Management System) and BEMS (Building Energy Management System), it realizes maintenance history management throughout the building's life cycle and data-based energy consumption optimization, dramatically increasing the asset value of the building.
Main Production Items
3-4 Building Guide System
The building guide system is an unmanned service system that efficiently delivers information to visitors and workers in the building through displays as a media broadcasting system that directly produces/organizes promotional materials without location and time constraints based on the Internet Network.
